However, the tool would not be ready if we did not have know-how in the field of transfer pricing and financial analysis that we have gathered over the years.  Although the development of the IT tool is absorbing us a little (which makes us very happy :-)), we're still  offering our services in the area of  Local and Master files, as well as the preparing of transfer pricing policy.  We are really good in it! If necessary, we also use foreign databases. Importantly, we make comparisons not only for material transactions, but also for licences or financial transactions. We also draw up a defence file, should the terms and conditions of the transaction already be challenged by the tax authorities.
